Atwater Builds — design-build studio site

A single-page site for an architecture and construction studio, built as plain HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript with no framework and no dependencies. It opens on a loader that spells the studio name and clears, then runs works, studio, process, capabilities and people sections with a cursor that reacts to what it is hovering, scroll-linked reveals, and a wide photographic grid. The copy is written for a fictional firm, so the first thing a buyer replaces is the words and the pictures, not the structure. Everything is one stylesheet, one script and one HTML file.
